Carol D. Winslow is a Founder and President of MedTech Value Creation Strategies Group. Ms. Winslow has spent more than 30 years in the medical technology industry, including 20 years of private and public medical technology investment experience. Prior to founding MedTech Value Creation Strategies Group, she was a Founder and Principal of Channel Medical Partners, a venture capital firm focused on investing in emerging growth medical technology and diagnostics companies. Earlier in her career, she served as Co-Head and Managing Director of the medical device group at Jefferies & Company, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. Prior to Jefferies, Ms. Winslow was the Senior Medical Device Analyst at Vector Securities International, Inc. and Dain Bosworth Inc. from 1990 to 1996 and 1988 to 1990, respectively. From 1979 to 1988, she held a variety of management positions with Medtronic, Inc. She has served on the boards of directors of several private and public medical technology companies in Channel's investment portfolio and the non-profit American Refugee Committee. Ms. Winslow received a Bachelor's Degree from Mount Holyoke College in 1977 and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1979.

  Scott Osman is a Founder and Managing Director of MedTech Value Creation Strategies Group. Prior to founding MedTech Value Creation Strategies Group, he was a Vice President at Channel Medical Partners and was responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury, regulatory, and investor reporting functions for the fund. Additionally, Mr. Osman was actively involved in the financial analysis of potential new portfolio companies, monitoring financial performance of portfolio companies and transaction closings. Mr. Osman has spent over 30 years in the accounting, finance and investment fields, including 12 years as a consultant with a Big Four public accounting firm. Prior to Channel, Mr. Osman was the Chief Financial Officer of a national parking services organization. From 1987 to 1999, he held numerous management positions within the real estate advisory services practice of Coopers & Lybrand. From 1980 to 1987, Mr. Osman held accounting and finance positions with two privately-held investment firms, Diversified Holdings Corporation and The Paramount Group, Inc. Mr. Osman received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
